Conscious Positivity's Approach

Conscious positivity provides meaningful ways to embed positivity into organisations and early learning settings to create transformational change. Conscious Positivity supports leaders, individuals and workplaces, to build wellbeing culture and leadership capacity through science-based approaches from the field of positive psychology.

Being consciously positive while acknowledging the challenges and struggles can support us to be authentic in our positivity. There is a lot of information in the media that tells us that we need to be ‘positive’. If this is done without regard to what else is happening for individuals, workplaces, and communities it can have a detrimental impact on wellbeing.
