Welcome to our online course designed to help wellbeing leaders in early childhood education explore applications of positive psychology for early childhood educators. Over the course of 7 weeks, you will learn valuable strategies to build resilience, manage stress and improve individual and team wellbeing. Jo Maloney, author of Wellbeing Science in ECE- How to Create Positive Change will guide you through interactive sessions, group discussions and practical exercises to enhance your wellbeing based on this text. Join every Wednesday 1:30-3:00pm from the 22nd May 2024. This is limited to a small group to allow for interactivity from all participants.

Explore and reflect on how you can support individual and team wellbeing in an early education setting based on the recently published book, Wellbeing Science in Early Childhood Education - How to Create Positive Change, presented by the author Jo Maloney. This incorporates evidence-based strategies that supports educator wellbeing to establish a solid foundation to build high quality education and care. 

There are two 2-hour sessions that will be held at Eastlakes Football Club 3:30pm or 6:30pm. Discounts available, for an early bird discount enter the code "earlybird15" until the 28th February and "fiveplus15" for five or more attendees from one service. 

Build and Lead Wellbeing Term 1 2023

Online course for leaders in Early Childhood to lead wellbeing in their services starting 2oth February.

This 7-week online course explores a number of wellbeing concepts from the field of positive psychology to apply for individual and team wellbeing to support early childhood educators. Areas covered include relationships, emotions, resilience, strengths, mindfulness, compassion and habits and goals. This course is designed to support leaders to embed wellbeing practices to allow individuals and teams to build a solid foundation based on wellbeing science as a basis for high quality care. This is based on the book "Wellbeing Science in Early Childhood Education- How to Create Positive Change" and delivered by the author, Jo Maloney.
